Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois
The product of a flavoursome blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, it is the most recent of the Château Béthanie crémants.
With its yellow colour highlighted with golden glints and its fine, long-lasting bubbles, it deftly combines aromas of dried fruit and honey. On the palate, the attack is straightforward, with the characteristic notes of crémants, then evolves gently toward the aromas typical of Vins Jaunes.
It pairs perfectly with hors d’œuvres, soufflés, fish in sauces, Morbier cheese, and cakes and pies.
Wine serving temperature:
Serve at a temperature of about 10°C (50°F) to bring out all the wine’s nuances.
