AOC Arbois - Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois
This wine comes from a fine selection of the best vines of Trousseau. The red marl, blue or gray are the specialty of our soil, they imprint their style on the aromatic palette of our wine. After maceration and fermentation 2 weeks, the wines are aged in vats, this leads to complex flavors and balance. The deep ruby color reveals a beautiful bouquet followed by a mouth with aromas of spice, blackberry and raspberry.
Ideal when paired with smoked meats, red meats and game, and cheese.
Wine serving temperature:
Serve at 15°C to 17°C
