AOC Arbois - Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois
The pride of the Jura wine region, our Vin Jaune is produced after long ageing – 6 years and 3 months -- under a protective film of yeast. This process develops its typical aromas of fresh walnut, curry and saffron.
The colour is golden yellow; the nose is complex and powerful against a unique aromatic background. The mouth is also characterized by a diverse array of powerful, long-lasting aromas.
Delicious when paired with fattened hen in a Vin Jaune and morel sauce, or with foie gras, aged comté or roquefort cheese. Exotic dishes will be enhanced by the wine’s aromas of curry.
Wine serving temperature:
Open the bottle 24 hours in advance if possible. Leave it at room temperature.
